Excited for this new Slate Digital plug-in! They give us two different Studer-modeled tapes, a 2” 16 track intended for individual tracks and a 1/2” 2 track intended for the master (modeled from a machine in Howie Weinberg’s studio). And with the grouping feature, VTM is basically a tape version of Slate’s VCC, it seems.

Waiting on FG-Q (mastering EQ modeled from Sontec) and its controller from Slate, as well. This company, to me, is the future of plug-ins.
