At a Pensado’s Place taping in LA last month with Dave Pensado, Jay Baumgardner, Herb Trawick, Will Thompson, Smiley, Drew Adams, and others.
My music and audio friends, here is a quick technique tip I’ve just written on sampling reverb tails for my production company’s website. Hope you find it useful…
Dave Pensado and I at Los Angeles Film School. Dave’s mix credits include Beyonce’s “Single Ladies”, Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful”, and “Lady Marmalade” from Moulin Rouge, and he once enjoyed a record-breaking three US number one hits in the same month: Mary J Blige’s “Be Without You”, Beyonce’s “Check On It”, and Keyshia Cole’s “Love”. If you’re an engineer/producer/etc. and you do not watch his show Pensado’s Place, you are sorely missing out!
Here is the newest trailer for Funny Days, created by Zac Eubank and Becca Scott, starring Becca Scott and me, with all audio done by me. We’ve made it even easier to donate to this independent project with a new $3 minimum donation here on IndieGoGo. Please share with your friends. Thank you all for your support!

Here’s the third teaser installment for the upcoming Funny Days series, by director Zac Eubank. For this teaser, I crafted all audio in studio from the ground up as well as the music.
“The Clown Immigration Patrol is a federal law enforcement agency within U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It is an agency in the Department of Homeland Security that enforces laws and regulations for the admission of foreign-born homo-comicus to the United States codified in the ‘We’re Not Commedia’s Clown Car Act’. The C.I.P. was founded on May 28, 1924 as an agency of the United States Department of Entertainment to prevent illegal clown entries along the Mexico–United States border. Originally only stationed in Texas with under 200 service men, the C.I.P now employs over 20,000 agents with offices in all major cities of the United States.”

Excited for Mixfest with Dave Pensado, Jean-Marie Horvat, and Eric Valentine in 10 days! Though an audio-related event, it will be held at the Los Angeles Film School. I’ll be flying out to L.A. the 11th-15th!
